How To Make The Boatshed Festive Cocktails & Mocktails
The Boatshed has an amazing selection of festive cocktails & mocktails to get the Christmas season started. Whether you are a designated driver (definitely on the nice list!) or looking for something naughty, we have got you covered!
If you can’t make it down to the Boatshed to enjoy a festive tipple with us, here are some Boatshed specials to try at home.
To make these cocktails you will need a glass, cocktail shaker & cocktail strainer.
Rudolph Mimosa
Serves 1
Ice
75oml Cranberry Juice
Splash Cinnamon Syrup
Half a teaspoon of edible glitter
couple of frozen cranberries
75ml prosecco
1 sprig of Rosemary
Put a handful of ice into the cocktail shaker and pour the cranberry juice in, a splash of Cinnamon syrup & shake. Once you have done this, pour into a wine glass, top with prosecco, cranberries, the sprig of Rosemary & edible glitter. Stir then serve!
Chocolate Baileys Martini
Serves 1
50ml Chocolate Baileys
25ml Vodka
Ice
Put all three contents into a cocktail shaker & shake well. Then pour into a small cocktail glass & garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
Passionfruit Spritz
Serves 1
Ice
50ml Passoa
30ml Passionfruit Puree
50ml Prosecco
Soda water
Put a couple of ice cubes in a wine glass, pour the passoa, passionfruit puree, prosecco in then top with soda water. Stir then serve!
Limoncello Spritz
Serves 1
Ice
50ml Limoncello
75ml Prosecco
Soda Water
Put a couple of ice cubes in a wine glass, pour the Limoncello & prosecco in then top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon slice, stir then serve!
Reindeer Spritz
Serves 1
Ice
50ml Aperol
50ml Cranberry Juice
Prosecco
cranberries
1 sprig of Rosemary
Put a handful of ice in a wine glass, pour the Aperol & cranberry juice in, then top with prosecco. Garnish with a couple of cranberries & a sprig of rosemary, stir then serve!
Mocktail spritzers
Passionfruit Soda
Serves 1

50ml Passionfruit Puree
Soda
Put a couple of ice cubes in a wine glass, pour the passionfruit puree in then top with soda. To finish garnish with edible flowers & a straw. Stir then serve!
Peach Soda

50ml Peach Puree
Soda
Put a couple of ice cubes in a wine glass, pour the Peach puree in then top with soda. To finish garnish with edible flowers & a straw. Stir then serve!
Mango Soda
